Housekeeping Executive-
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
What you will be doing:
-Ensure guest rooms status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
-Works effectively with Engineering Team on guestrooms maintenance needs.
-Ensures that all Housekeeping and Laundry operations are in compliance with housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
-Demonstrate and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for brand's Target Customers.
