Job Description

Main Duties:

• Lead and inspire a team of department heads to deliver outstanding service and maintain high operational standards
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Implement and monitor quality management systems to achieve and exceed industry standards
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HR to develop and execute learning programs
• Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize operational efficiency
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve hotel operations

• Master's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in 4-5 star hotel management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, standards, and best practices
• Expertise in revenue management and yield optimization
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in crisis management and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic industry
