Job Description
- To be the creative curator for the cocktail program for Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour's three bars.
- At all times you must be representative of the qualities of someone delivering luxury service
- Provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.

- To assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and opening of the outlet, and all other supervisor duties (i.e authorisation of timesheets, cashiering duties, and close of shift duties)
- Work cohesively as a team member.
- Report to the outlet manager at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned.
- Ensure outlet is fully stocked at all times, and mise en place is at appropriate levels
- Report any discrepancies in stock control to Outlet Manager and Food & Beverage Operations Manager
- Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.
- Use every opportunity to upsell and maximise sales.
- Serve items with flair and professionalism according to standards set by the Outlet Manager.
- Accuracy of cash / credit handling and register operations.
- Attend to guest's requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
- Previous Cocktail/Bar experience is essential, with good wine and mixology expertise.
- A friendly, guest-focused attitude with passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- Must hold your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
