Job Description
As a major brand and hotel ambassador in this position, you will strive to make a lasting impression on our visitors. Your outlook will be friendly and outgoing, and you will genuinely enjoy interacting with and tending to guests from around the globe. You'll be representing the hotel, providing information, acting as a diplomat, a salesperson, a public relations representative, and more-all roles that need the highest level of ethical behavior, effectiveness, and friendliness. Furthermore, you will keep an eye on each day's arrivals of guests, making sure that all reservations are kept, requests are fulfilled, and reasonable expectations are set. It is essential that you be informed on all the hotel's offerings, amenities, and services, such as the many kinds of rooms available and their prices, as well as the food and beverage outlets.
Qualifications
- College diploma in hotel management or related field
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
- Good Communication skills
- Experience with Front Office Systems
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
