Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring that there is strong focus on the arrival & departure experience for our guests as well as championing Heartist and guest activities throughout the hotel. Furthermore, as the driver of Loyalty and Brand standards, this role will work collaboratively across all departments to support and manage the Loyalty and service expectations of our guests across all areas of the hotel.
