The Guest Experience Executive (GEE) ensures an exceptional hotel experience by welcoming and assisting VIPs, loyal guests, and members of Accor programs, focusing on personalised service and special occasions. Acting as a key communication link with hotel management, the GEE coordinates guest preferences, requests, and stay details, supporting pre and post stay engagement. They also manage the Voice of the Guest platform, including sentiment analysis and responses, ensuring the Sofitel brand's luxury standards and guest journey expectations are met.
