The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Assistant Director of Sales with new business group opportunities and sales activities whilst assisting in the day-to-day administration of the Hotels' existing Corporate and MICE accounts.
To support the Sales Team with all guest enquiries, questions and requirements for reservations of Hotel rooms in helpful and speedy manner. To support all other departments, ensuring that all guest account information is updated on daily basis and that guests have an enjoyable experience from the sales process to guest stay and post departure, ensuring continuity of business. To be responsible for the day-to-day duties with accepting and entering individual/groups reservations in the systems.
