Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead ibis Styles Mount Isa and provide strong leadership to a small but passionate team of hospitality professionals. Reporting directly to the Vice President Operations WA & TAS, you will take on a highly diverse role, with hands-on responsibility for the hotel's financial performance, sales, human resources, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
As General Manager, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving business performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
