Job Description
The Global Full Funnel (FF) Campaign Director is responsible for ensuring the correct implementation and execution of Full Funnel Integrated Communication Plans (ICP). This role ensures seamless collaboration between Global Brand teams, and the Agency to deliver effective campaigns that drive business results while supporting Accor's transition to the Full Funnel (FF) model.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Full Funnel Model Transformation- Foster the adoption and implementation of the Full Funnel (FF) model in collaboration with the Agency and internal stakeholders (including brand teams).
- Define, implement, and improve ways of working and collaboration to ensure effective delivery between brands, and the Agency (brief, production, planning, budget).
- Work closely with brand FF leads to provide strategic guidance during brief creation and campaign planning.
ICP Coordination & Process- Prepare, drive, and orchestrate FF briefing sessions with Brands and the Agency.
- Collaborate with brand FF leads during brief creation to ensure alignment with business objectives, and facilitate smooth coordination across all touchpoints (campaign goals/KPIs, target audiences, budgets, and deliverables).
- Ensure alignment among all stakeholders on ICP priorities, timelines, consistency, and deliverables.
- Act as the central point of contact for coordinating ICP across all stakeholders (brands and the Agency) on Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
- Oversee tools and systems compliance (taxonomy, tracking rules, etc.) to maintain comprehensive visibility across brands.
- Deploy and maximize ICP processes on Asana (tool adoption, usage, and training).
- Continuously improve governance, processes, and ways of working with all stakeholders.
Media Strategy Planning- Use best-in-class strategies to support the delivery of Full-Funnel Campaign Planning in conjunction with relevant channel experts.
- Collaborate with Brands and the Agency to provide expertise on briefs, audience definition, media plan proposals, and planning refinement.
- Integrate media and other levers with content strategy to build effective and efficient brand strategies.
Performance Optimization & Reporting- Contribute to building an effective measurement framework for a full POE (Paid, Owned, Earned) view.
- Oversee and consolidate overall campaign performance across all channels to ensure business objectives are met.
- Lead detailed reporting on campaign outcomes through feedback loops and post-mortem analyses of Full Funnel global campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Agency and brand Full Funnel leads to identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- >10 years of experience in Ecommerce/Marketing.
- Strong understanding of all ecommerce channels.
- Proven experience in media planning and content management.
- Excellent project/campaign management skillset.
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
