Job Description
We are looking for a customer focused, people leader to manage the day to day operation of our Front Office Department. In this role you will be responsible for efficiently managing all Front Office services, prioritizing guest needs, overseeing guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all procedures are followed and operate an effective night audit function.
You will lead, train and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service, collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and monitor VIP/ special guests and their requests to ensure loyalty is maintained.
