Job Description

As Front Office All Rounder , you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is essential in creating lasting impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assisting guests with luggage and delivering guest requests promptly.
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently when required.
• Providing information about the hotel's facilities and services.
• Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
• Resolving guest issues and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
• Collaborating with various hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is a plus but not mandatory.
