Accountable on a shift basis for the operations of the outlet
To support revenue initiatives and maintain cost control
A 'hands on' approach is required as is to work as part of a team to provide efficient food and beverage service.
Ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant and bar area while on shift
Liaise with other Department Managers on shift to coordinate daily groups, FIT's and other functions
Provide Host responsible service and monitoring or guests
Determining work requirements and allocating duties
Able to manage guest complaints effectively and ensure solutions are found
Qualifications
Qualifications
A Managers certificate is required or the ability to hold one.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a FB Operations
$30.66 per hour
