We welcome a diverse range of guests every day with a mix of both corporate & leisure as well as hosting and taking part in an array of events, including the incredible (and colourful) Mardi Gras.

Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following;

The efficient running of the food and beverage service function to both meet and exceed customer needs and expectations with a focus on conference & events.
Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, employee engagement and training & development etc.
Catering to the needs of all guests to ensure requests and needs are met.
Liaising with relevant departments with regards to food & beverage distribution e.g. Kitchen.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following;

Passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement - always seeking to find the YES in every situation.
Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry
Flexibility to work a rotating roaster
Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
A hands on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy.
RSA Certification
