Food and Beverage Lounge Attendant

Are you passionate about guest interaction, have impeccable service skills and are looking to develop your career in the hotel or hospitality industry?

Join our front of house team at the Qantas Lounge by Accor Brisbane.

We are looking for exceptional service superstars looking for an ongoing4-5 day week roster

Your weekly roster can include Saturday and Sunday shifts.

All shifts are are 4/5am start time

Permanent Part-Time position

We are looking for new team members that would be available to work a 4-5 day week ongoing roster

Own transport and drivers license is essential is the airport air train is unavailable during this start time

Key responsibilities:

• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate and professional presentation
• Face-to face interaction with a high volume of guests daily visiting the lounge
• Table clearing and food and beverage table service
• Creating memorable experiences providing food and beverage service - fine dining/a la carte/barista experience would be an advantage
• Liaising with kitchen team to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
• Ensuring the Qantas brand standards are maintained
• Ability to work a permanent/part-time roster.
• Must be flexible with finish time due to flight schedules or unexpected delays

• Previous experience in hospitality and/or customer service focused environment
