Job Description For F&B and Culinary Coordinator

PULLMAN

Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5 Star hotel located in the Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Downtown area.

Each of our 340 stylishly designed rooms and suites, offers views of the Burj Khalifa, Canal view, and Business Bay district.

Job Description

Works closely with the Culinary and F&B Service Manager for the day to day administration and communication across the departments as well as the key focus of supporting the communication of information relating to all F&B functions across the hotel.
Assist in managing the quality & brand standards of products and service & guest satisfaction
Establish and maintain effective team collaboration
Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists
Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings as well as meeting & events planning meetings.
To assist the department with payroll and admin tasks and reports at month end.

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
