Job Description
-Supervise Executive Lounge associates to ensure all hotel policies, procedures, regulations and standards are followed.
-Ensuring that Reception and F&B operations run smoothly and in a professional manner at all times.
-Perform all front desk related responsibilities and duties when assigned or required.
-Assume leadership in the absence of Executive Lounge Assistant Manager and Executive Lounge Manager.
-Provide personalize service and information for VIP and Executive Floor's guests with paying high attention.
-Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to the management.
-Reponsible the service during the breakfast and Happy hours at the Lounge.
-Contributes to VIP & Executive Floor's guests satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
-Prepare the concerning guest correspondence to ensure cashiering correctly upon guest departure.
-Welcome and ac knowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs;
Qualifications
-Previous experience working within a Front Office hotel environment in the 5 star/luxury market is essential.
-Previous experience in F&B restaurant operations is preferred.
-Strong organization and working to deadline skills.
-Strong communications skills. Ability to work independently and as a team player
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Bachelor degree or High-school diploma to degree, or equivalent (university or specialist hospitality or communications school). Could be open to atypical profiles.
-Good command in the national language and English.
-Working knowledge of MICROS, OPERA, Guestware, Microsoft Office, FCS or telephone software and other related operating systems.
