Situated on a unique vantage point with breath taking views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain range, our resort offers 148 guests rooms with either spectacular lake or relaxing garden views. We have two restaurants; Rises Restaurant offers a hearty alpine buffet breakfast every day and South Eatery Restaurant, a la carte dining, featuring the best of Central Otago seasonal menus and wines. A lounge bar, room service and conferencing, completes our Food and Beverage offerings.

Qualifications
About You- Experience: 3+ years in a culinary leadership role within a commercial kitchen.
- Leadership: A passion for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team to achieve their best.
- Skills: Expertise in local food safety regulations, rostering, cost control, and time management.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and engagement skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Creativity: A vibrant, confident, and innovative cooking style, with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
