Job Description
Food & Beverage Manager
-Directs and coordinates all Food and Beverage operations across outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
-Ensures high standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene are consistently maintained and Monitors guest feedback .
Collaborates with the Executive Chef and other departments to create innovative dining experiences and promotional events.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
-Have an experience in similar position
-Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English
-High school or diploma from a hospitality school preferred
