Job Description
The D&I global team is in charge of
Reporting directly to the SVP Diversity & Inclusion, you will be in charge of coordinating and supporting the deployment of D&I projects within Accor Group, at the level of the Corporates, Regions and Brands. Your main activities will be to:
In close collaboration with D&I and Talent & Culture teams and with Regions and Brands:
-Contribute to define the Accor D&I roadmap on the 4 pillars (gender parity, disability, LGBTQIA+ and social, ethnical, racial and cultural diversity)
-Frame and build global D&I projects and ensure roll out in Corporate functions, Regions and Brands
-Advise and / or support the framing and deployment of local initiatives
-Prepare and facilitate the monthly D&I Steering Committees
-Develop and deploy KPIs to measure the deployment and the impact of D&I initiatives
-Prepare and manage Global D&I Corporate budget as well as anticipate risks for mitigation
-Monitor the Group performance on brand standards related to the Social dimension and contribute to the annual report DPEF
-Research for innovation to accelerate the Group's implication towards diversity and inclusion
Qualifications
-Passionate about societal issues, willing to promote diversity, equity and inclusion
-Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects and a good capability to plan, organize and prioritize
-Ability to convince, federate and mobilize the company's stakeholders around a project
-Previous experience in consulting and / or with change management is a plus
