Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the hotel's business goals.
Ensure all digital activities adhere to Accor's brand guidelines and digital standards.
Monitor market trends and competitor digital activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
2. Website & SEO Management:
Optimize the hotel's website performance, content, and booking conversion rates.
Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine ranking and visibility.
Collaborate with Accor's digital teams to update content, promotions, and special offers.
3. Social Media & Content Marketing:
Manage and grow the hotel's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to enhance audience engagement.
Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost digital reach and engagement.
4. Online Advertising & Performance Marketing:
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Optimize digital advertising spend to maximize ROI and direct bookings.
Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
5. Email Marketing & CRM:
Develop targeted email marketing campaigns to engage past and potential guests.
Work with Accor's CRM tools to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
6. E-commerce & OTA Management:
Optimize the hotel's presence on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com and Expedia.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to implement pricing strategies that maximize online sales.
7. Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report key digital performance metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Accor's digital dashboard to measure success.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Director of Business Development.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content creation.
Experience in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with Accor's digital tools and systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
