Job Description

We are seeking a talented Demi Chef to support our culinary leadership team with daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Commis Chef looking to advance their career with an industry leader. If you're passionate about food, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a renowned culinary environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist our culinary leaders with daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Oversee assigned sections, ensuring efficient and productive operation
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment while ensuring top-quality food and presentation standards
• Prepare high-quality dishes across various kitchen sections, with a strong focus on a la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service, and banquets.
• Monitor stock rotation, minimize waste, and ensure stock control procedures are followed
• Lead by example, instruct and develop apprentices, and liaise with chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
