The hotel delivers a creative space for creative thinkers and discerning entrepreneurs via 3 conference rooms and 2 executive lounges.

Job Description

• Drive sales to ensure conversion targets are achieved and monitor success on a monthly basis
• Liaise with the entire operations team to ensure high quality, impeccable service and experience is provided
• Provide quotations for conference and events proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximized
• Oversee the overall coordination of events and conferences
• Ensure there is an active presence in the hotel as required by business demands or client and team member needs
• Maintain effective communication with the Director of Sales

Qualifications

• Experience working with Delphi and Opera preferred
• Extensive experience in Hotel Conference Sales with a strong commercial acumen
• Confident and articulate communication, negotiation and networking skills

• You will be motivated, organised, and outgoing by nature with the drive to continually learn and progress your career
• Strong attention to detail
• Full working rights in Australia
• Able to work on-site
