Job Description

As a Concierge, you'll play an essential role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll ensure their needs are met with professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. This fast-paced role involves tasks such as handling luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and offering personalized recommendations for local attractions in Far North Queensland, all while upholding the highest standards of customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless service for guests, including luggage handling, room escorting, and package deliveries.
• Greet guests by name, ensuring they feel valued and respected throughout their stay.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local area, including current events, attractions, dining, and entertainment, to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and achieve shared goals.

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
