The Communication Officer will be a key member of the E&CF (Employees & Corporate Functions) Team, responsible for driving effective internal and external communication strategies and execution in alignment with Accor BD&T (Business Digital & Tech) objectives. This role includes defining and deploying communications plans for major global projects, creating impactful content, and being an advocate for the team initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach in supporting leadership communications while enhancing collaboration and engagement across the organization.
Your mission:
Project Communication:
- Define and deploy the communication plan for all major E&CF global projects and team in alignment with the Accor communication strategy.
- Build key messaging packages for all major E&CF projects to ensure clarity and consistency in communication.
Internal Communication:
- Develop and manage an internal newsletter (email, internal social media) that showcases team highlights, achievements, and important updates.
- Collaborate with team members to gather relevant content, such as success stories, project milestones, and employee spotlights.
Marketing and Project Materials:
- Design and produce project and marketing materials (brochures, process, user guides...), flyers, presentations) for various projects and initiatives undertaken by the E&CF team.
- Ensure all marketing documents are consistent with the organization's branding and messaging guidelines.
Collaboration and Support:
- Acts as a communication business partner to E&CF CoDir members, supporting in their internal and external communications by identifying opportunities and preparing talking points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communication efforts with organizational goals.
- Provide communication support for events, meetings, and workshops organized by the E&CF team.
Other Duties:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communication and marketing.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
And you?
- Master's degree in progress in Business school, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an internal communications or marketing role, preferably in a technology or community-focused organization.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
- Global mindset & multicultural awareness
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
