Job Description
-Strategic Financial Leadership - Oversee the financial operations of multiple properties within the Shared Services, ensuring financial stability, profitability, and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
-Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures to optimize revenue and drive financial growth.
-Lead and mentor finance teams across properties, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring adherence to financial standards, audits, and internal controls.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in multi-property financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry.
-At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role or similar role, overseeing financial operations, ensuring adherence to international accounting standards, internal controls, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.
A results-driven leader with the ability to develop and mentor finance teams, manage large-scale financial projects, and collaborate effectively with the Regional General Manager, General Managers, Owners, and Corporate Finance teams. Expertise in financial systems, process optimization, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
