Job Description For Cluster Cost Controller

We are looking for a Cluster Cost Controller to be part of our team at the Hoxton supporting The Hoxton Hotel's food and beverage outlets.

Job Description
- Responsible for overall F&B stock and cost control across the sites
- Maintenance of the stock and purchasing system, ensuring new stock items have been input, stock and pricing changes updated.
- Be the receiver of all beverage stock into the hotels, and highlighting any issues directly with the suppliers
- Ensure completion of monthly stock counts, including purchases and end of month reports
- Liaise with BoH Manager's regularly to maintain quarterly inventory of the crockery and glassware
- Regularly review Cost of Sales and liaise with Kitchen and Restaurant teams as needed
- Support the RnB management team with pricing decisions to reflect any price changes from suppliers.
- Support R&B Management through regular sales reports for menu engineering
- Robust daily review and control of voids and discounts and ensure correct reporting
- Assist F&B Management with Micros and IRIS backend
- Management of Retro Agreements ensuring monthly accrual is correct and invoices raised in a timely manner
- Support the Finance team with preparation of all R&B related accruals
- Support the Finance team in monthly reporting
- Support across the hotel with any ad-hoc tasks not listed above
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role in a Hotel or leisure-related environment
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Understanding of stock control systems
- The ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to multitask as necessary to meet deadlines and ability to work to tight deadlines
