Job Description

• You take on personnel responsibility for the technical team, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, holding training sessions, onboarding new employees, recruiting, and supporting team development.
• You ensure compliance with working hour regulations for staff and apprentices, as well as other legal requirements in the technical field.
• You coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all technical equipment, checking, for example, during your rounds that every light bulb is working.
• You work closely with the occupational safety specialist to ensure a safe workplace for our team.
• As the Technical Director, you take on the responsibility of creating duty rosters and act as the go-to person for all technical questions.

• You have experience in a leadership role.
• You bring valuable hands-on experience as a technician, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• You inspire your colleagues as much as your guests.

• Work as a full-time team member only 4 days a week with full pay and the same vacation entitlement.
