Job Description
ibis Styles Crewe hotel is looking for an additional Chef to help us deliver tasty meals for our busy guests. This full-time position, based on 40 hours per week, comes with a salary of £23,886 per annum plus benefits, depending on experience.
If you know your way around a busy kitchen and can confident rustle up tasty and consistent dishes, this could be the role for you. We're looking for someone with professional cooking experience who can be a great addition to our kitchen team and support our Head Chef. In addition to cooking, you'll be helping manage stocks and supplies, minimise costs and maximise profits and maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen.
The position would suit someone with two years' experience working in a pub or high street restaurant or a hotel, who can follow our company menu and maintain high standards. You'll need the skills and confidence to run a busy dinner service when the Head Chef isn't working, and you'll also be kept busy creating and preparing group lunches and dinners. Flexibility to work midweek and weekend is needed.

- 2 years' experience cooking in a professional kitchen
