A 292-room hotel, spanning over 3.5 hectares of manicured gardens with significant food & beverage operations, two resort pools and extensive conference facilities, Mercure Gold Coast Resort is an oasis located amongst expansive gardens on the Gold Coast.
Overlooking the Resort's pool and ninth Hole of the Palm Meadows Golf Course, 'The Green Dining' restaurant and 'The Cart Bar & Kitchen' welcome our guests. A blend of internal and unique outdoor conference spaces the Resort is limited only by our guest's imagination.
Working with the kitchen leadership team, this amazing opportunity would see the successful candidate predominantly working in a la carte service.
