Job Description
Innovate new menus, source premium ingredients, and push the boundaries of fine dining with the brasserie concept.
Manage all aspects of kitchen operation including food cost control and adherence to food safety and standards.
Work with top-of-the-line equipment, spacious and well-designed kitchens, and a dedicated team to support your creative vision.
Lead a team of passionate chefs and provide training for their professional growth.
Qualifications
A strong foundation in classic French brasserie dishes and techniques is essential.
Ability to adapt traditional recipes with a modern touch while maintaining the essence of French brasserie cuisine.
Ability to control budget and food cost, to minimize waste with a sustainable approach, to maintain high-quality ingredients while giving priority to locally produced ingredients.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff, service providers, and hotel management.
