Job Description
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating staff schedules and duties.
- Supervise and train team members to deliver excellent service aligned with brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and quality food and beverage delivery.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional and marketing activities.
- Maintain daily records and assist with reporting on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
Qualifications
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Thai and English.
- Proven experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
