The Assistant Conference & Events Operations Manager reports to the Conference & Events Operations Manager and works with department supervisors and team leaders to ensure the seamless execution of a multitude of events including functions, dinners, expos and conferences.
Success in this role is the ability to assist in managing a large team of food and beverage attendants to execute phenomenal service in Brisbane's largest conferencing operation, working collaboratively with other hotel departments including the Sales and Kitchen teams.
