Job Description
- Controls and manages the daily operations of the Technical Service Department.
- Oversees, monitors, coordinates, and takes necessary measures for the daily technical operations of the facility.
- Ensures the coordination of the engineering department and maintenance teams.
- Conducts scheduled and periodic inspections and audits of the hotel facilities, both internal and external, on behalf of the Technical Office, identifies faults, arranges for repairs, and ensures required maintenance is carried out.
- Continuously monitors the Building Automation System and ensures its operation is adjusted according to the current seasonal conditions and the instructions of the Technical Service Director.
- Executes and ensures the completion of all work orders assigned to personnel under his/her organization.
- Coordinates tasks assigned to external companies.
- Acts as the ISO 9001 representative of the Technical Office.
- Conducts and ensures periodic maintenance of laundry, kitchens, bars, cold rooms, refrigeration systems, and their fixtures and equipment.
- Ensures the operation of the hotel's general plumbing, mechanical, ventilation, heating and cooling, storage, and discharge systems in accordance with seasonal requirements, operational principles, and design values. Takes and ensures necessary measures.
- Organizes and ensures the proper functioning and periodic maintenance of guest room door locks and related devices, guest room safes, closed and open-circuit distribution systems, and associated devices, all types of electrical and electronic office equipment, uninterruptible power supplies, and revolving, sliding, and spiral automatic doors.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service or maintenance and repair fields.
- Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Strong team management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and quick decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical analysis programs.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel when required.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license with active driving skills.
