Merrychef has launched its third conneX high-speed oven model to cater for operators that are looking to offer a hot food menu or expand their current offering.
The conneX12e follows in the footsteps of the conneX 12 and 16 models, but at a price point which the firm is convinced will open up high speed cooking to more operators.
Our new conneX 12e is a plug-and-play countertop unit that is compact and can turn out a chicken burrito in around 60 seconds.
The conneX 12e features the Merrychef next generation touchscreen controller and a pre-programmed cookbook.
Its quiet operation makes it ideal for front-of-house locations and it can heat up in less than 10 minutes. It is easy to install and clean, has cool-to-touch sides and uses a low amp plug.
