Convotherm Celebrates Over 25 Years of Partnership with Bocuse d'Or

The Bocuse d'Or finale will take place on 26 and 27 January 2025, during Sirha Lyon, one of the world’s most important trade fairs for gastronomy and hospitality. This prestigious competition brings together 24 candidates from around the globe. Over five hours and 30 minutes, they will demonstrate their skills in two demanding disciplines: the platter dish and the plate dish.
This year, the platter dish pays homage to Paul Bocuse. Candidates are required to prepare a dish featuring venison loin, foie gras, and tea—a combination reflecting the legendary chef's passion for local products and game dishes. For the plate dish, participants must create a harmonious presentation of celeriac, stone bass fish, and lobster, with the celeriac first presented on a platter and then plated.
