With over 15 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Naveen brings a wealth of expertise in a wide range of global cuisines, making him a perfect fit for Garage's diverse culinary offerings.
Originally from India, Chef Naveen Raja has honed his skills in some of the most prestigious establishments across the UAE, the Maldives, and India such as Five Jumeirah Village Dubai, Taj Exotica Resort and Spa Maldives, Jumeirah Hotel at Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi, and Trident Hilton – Chennai, India. His appointment reflects Garage's unique food movement and ability to deliver an unparalleled dining experience to its guests, showcasing an eclectic mix of tantalising tastes and a commitment to quality and consistency.
