Position Description:
We are currently looking for a Intl. Host/ess (German speaker) to join Silversea
As International Host/ess, working for the Cruise Director, you will be one of the most recognised people onboard the ship.
Your role is very dynamic, with everything from translations, hosting tables, attending cocktail parties, organising events and generally ensuring that guests have the most amazing experience possible.
You will need passion for the hospitality industry as well as compassion and empathy to deal with any arising issues. You will be expected to converse in a number of languages including fluent English and German, as well as one of the following: Mandarin, French, Portuguese, Italian or Spanish.
You will require strong computer literacy for this role, and previous experience in a guest focused role is preferred.
