The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for providing consistent personalized services to our guests and effectively leading the Guest Relations operation in achieving total guest satisfaction. The main focus of the operation is to ensure Guest Relations is executing a culture of purposeful driven service.
The Guest Relations Manager possesses a passionate and energetic demeanor while demonstrating outstanding service recovery skills. The Guest Relations Manager role establishes and inspires a positive and productive work environment while ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction. The Guest Relations Manager will continuously improve the overall ratings and is held accountable for the guest relations experience.
The Guest Relations Manager will be further respected and regarded as one the senior leaders on each ship.
