Position Description:
Do you have a real interest in visiting remote locations and sharing your in-depth knowledge with guests?
We are looking for an Assistant Shore Concierge Manager to join Silversea Cruises, one of the World's Best Small Luxury Cruise Lines
As ASCM, you will work within a small team to ensure all guests have memorable experiences, where tailor-made options are part of the everyday norm.
As well as ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction at sea, this position will require departmental organization and administration skills including system operation, excursion reservations and ticketing, dispatch of excursions, concierge skills and overall assistance to the manager to ensure a professionally run department. You will also assist in the training and development of others, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have previous experience working on the coasts of Country, Country and a variety of Destination named ports.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, Fidelio and MXP is also highly desirable.
