Position Description:
We are looking for a very rare talent for the role of Arts Cafe Barista to join the Silversea Fleet.
As Barista of the Art's Cafe, you will manage your own space incorporating a Cafe with luxury treats and snacks inside a mall intimate Art Gallery environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 2 years as a Barista in a fast paced, international branded coffee house
Desire to always meet and exceed your guest's requirements
Ability to manage your own area, maintaining all necessary public health regulations
Fluent English, ideally with a 2nd European language
Ability to work alone and create the right atmosphere
A love of Art and the passion to discuss with guests

Contracts will be 6 months onboard and 2 months off.
