The new immersive grill experience will debut at Turkish Village this weekend
DUBAI, UAE, NOVEMBER 1, 2021 To welcome Dubai's incoming al fresco season, Turkish Village in Jumeirah will launch its brand new live barbeque dining experience this weekend. Designed with the whole family in mind, The Mangal meaning barbecue in Turkish will be available to enjoy on the restaurant's outdoor terraces as of November 4.
Perfect for gatherings of family and friends, the unique interactive experience invites guests to select their choice of premium meats from Turkish Village's in-house butcher's shop before taking a seat at one of the specially-designed grill tables each equipped with its very own charcoal barbeque and impressive custom-made extractor, where diners can show off their grilling skills and prepare dinner tableside.
The immersive grill experience includes a selection of sides such as warm Turkish breads and salads, plus vegetables to grill, ensuring a generous spread of only the freshest ingredients. Diners will also receive a variety of dipping sauces and rubs, as well as ayran, water and Turkish tea. From the meat counter, guests will find a wide selection of meats to choose from such as beef ribeye, lamb chops, chicken, kebabs, sausages and more, with prices starting from AED 110 per kilo. Steeped in culture and committed to authenticity, Turkish Village's meats and kebabs draw on the flavours of the ancient cities of Turkey and are infused with the sweetest of spices and marinated overnight for optimum taste.
Should a sweet tooth at the table prevail after the barbeque feast, traditional Turkish desserts await, including favourites like kunafa, baklava with cream and pistachios, rice pudding, gullaj and more.
The laid-back interactive dining experience promises a fun and memorable meal for all ages, set in a warm and welcoming environment.
The Mangal experience is available at The Turkish Village located in Jumeirah 1 (next to Spinneys and the Jumeirah Grand Mosque) for lunch and dinner.
