Hotel Negotiation Ninja:
You’ll be the master deal-maker, negotiating the best rates and packages with top hotels, ensuring our guests are treated to luxury without breaking the bank.
Keep those hotel partnerships strong and steady, making sure we get VIP treatment every single time.
Client Whisperer & Guest Guru:
Be the go-to person for all our high-profile clients and special guests. Handle their every request with style and flair, ensuring their experience is nothing short of perfect.
Own all things guest-related: from bookings and transport to those last- minute “I need gluten-free vegan snacks!” requests.
RSVP & Guest Management Rockstar:
Lead the RSVP team with precision, making sure no guest is left behind (or
unseated!). Manage guest lists, special needs, and everything in between.
Keep those guest communications flowing smoothly, ensuring everyone feels heard and taken care of.
Event Hospitality Commander:
Oversee every aspect of hospitality for our events – whether it’s a lavish wedding or a high-stakes corporate meeting. Ensure flawless execution and top-tier service at every touchpoint.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to make sure everything from accommodations to airport pickups is spot-on.
Vendor Tamer & Service Superstar:
Forge strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. You’ll be the ringmaster of contracts, making sure our partners deliver exactly what’s promised – and more!
Negotiate like a pro and keep our events running smoothly with the best in the biz.
6. Team Captain & Hospitality Hero:
Lead, mentor, and inspire the hospitality team to greatness. Ensure the right people are in the right places at the right time to pull off each event without a hitch.
Keep morale high and performance higher – your team will be the best in the game.
7. Reporting Maven:
Provide clients and the management team with detailed reports on guest logistics, RSVP statuses, and how we crushed it with hospitality.
Post-event, deliver the lowdown on guest satisfaction and brainstorm how we can level up even more.
You’re Our Perfect Fit If:
You’ve got proven experience as a hospitality leader, ideally with a mix of event planning magic and luxury hospitality finesse.
Negotiating and building client relationships is your superpower.
You’re a natural leader with serious team management skills.
Organizational wizardry and communication excellence are in your DNA.
You’re tech-savvy with event management software and MS Office.
Flexibility is your middle name – you can handle high-stakes events and occasional late
nights with a smile.
You’re fluent in English and Hindi (bonus points for Telugu!).
