In his previous role as General Manager at Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Warsaw, Poland, Aidan demonstrated exceptional leadership by implementing successful strategies centered on quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and innovative upsell programs. His career is marked by his adept management across various operational departments and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
