Appaswamy, its current Founder. The Residency Group of Hotels is a well established hotel chain in southern India currently with seven hospitality spaces in Tamil Nadu - Chennai, Coimbatore, Karur, Rameswaram & Puducherry and our first international property at Maldives which is being operated by Marriott (Starwood) under the brand name of St. Regis. Future plans are to a build a luxury hotel in Madurai, Mysore, Convention center in Chennai
