Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Lobby Hostess at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai. The Front Office Lobby Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining phone etiquette.
Qualifications
Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
Good English communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
