Position Summary:
As the Hostess – Pool & Beach, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests from the moment they arrive. You will manage seating arrangements, assist with guest requests, and help ensure that our pool and beachside operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Coordinate seating arrangements and manage waitlists as needed
Monitor cleanliness and organization of pool & beach areas
Assist in maintaining towel service and poolside amenities
Provide menus and assist in taking light orders or directing guests to service staff
Communicate with servers and other staff to ensure exceptional service
Uphold health, safety, and hospitality standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in sun-exposed areas
