This is a full-time Chef De Partie role located on-site at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, overseeing a section of the kitchen, assisting in menu planning, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met on a daily basis.
