Position Overview
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, creating a memorable customer experience, and ensuring our shop maintains its high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages with precision and speed.
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning coffee machines and utensils.
Assist in inventory management and stocking supplies.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer customer inquiries.
