Featuring nine spa rooms offering treatments such as Ayurveda, Indian Therapies, Yoga, Meditation and much more. Ayurveda treatments specialize in addressing not only the physical, but also the mental, emotional, spiritual, and environmental aspects of wellbeing.
One of the signature treatments available is the Imperial Dahab, an indulgent experience for deep nourishment and glowing skin. You will indulge in an aromatic footbath, heavenly scalp massage, and a unique camel milk bath followed by a luxurious massage using 24k gold oil. The treatment uses rare active ingredients to promote collagen production along with repairing and enriching dry skin.
The resort offers the Bihar School of Yoga at Jiva, an experience firmly grounded in true spiritual values and knowledge of the Vedanta and Tantra practises. It is globally renowned for its pure, simple, and systematic yoga. The yoga practice is headed by Suyog Jadhav, yoga aacharya, who was trained under the guidance of Bihar School of Yoga founder Swami Satyananda Saraswati.

Jiva also offers two lifestyle programs to help members set goals, monitor progress, integrate physical activities, practice mindful eating, and build healthy habits to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
The six-month package costs AED 6,000 per person or AED 11,000 for a couple, while the annual membership package is offered at AED 12,000 per person or AED 16,000 for a couple. Both lifestyle programs offer diverse benefits such as unlimited access to the fitness centre and spa facilities, daily wellness rituals, consultations with a wellness coach, spa treatments, personal training sessions, unlimited access to the hotel’s pool and beach, and Popsicle Kid’s Club, as well as invitations to lifestyle and wellness panel discussion events and special discounts for an array of spa, dining, and stay experiences.

Guests are invited to rejuvenate their senses with a 60-minute Indian Aromatherapy treatment and experience the naturally energising, relaxing and detoxifying blends of signature oils perfected through the years. For bookings before 30th April 2022, the treatment also includes access to the fitness centre, wet facilities, a complimentary 30-minute wellness ritual, pool and beach access, kids’ access to the Popsicle Kids Club, a lifestyle consultation with our Wellness coach, and 20% off on dining, bars, and lounges, as well as the beauty salon.
