Job Description For Bell Boy

1. Receives guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure.
2. Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
3. Greets guests upon arrival offering assistance at all times.
4. Maintains an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services supplying information and responding to guest queries.
5. Maintains awareness of guest profile through guest profile system.
6. Ensures that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out.
7. Deals promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with incoming calls.
8. Handles all messages, mail and packages for guests and staff ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner.
9. Delivers morning newspapers to rooms.
10. Delivers guest messages and other deliveries immediately without delay in a professional manner.
11. Checks regularly the Concierge e-mail and replies to internal and external inquiries.
12. Maintains the daily function board and Opera notice board.
13. Suggestively sells Hotel promotion, outlets and facilities at all times.
14. Regularly checks the lobby area, ensuring it is clean and tidy.
15. Ensures Concierge desk and store room is clean tidy and well organized.
16. Establishes, promotes and maintains good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
17. Maintains regular and effective liaison between other departments with particular emphasis on Front Office.
18. Cooperates in the performance of any reasonable task requested by company manager, executives or guests.
19. Maintains an awareness of the car park and front entrance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
• Preferably Russian speaker with good english communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
